Conscious Capitalism Company-a for profit company that energizes the conscious transition from the previous financial paradigm to the new financial paradigm. The company has a deeper purpose than just maximizing profits and shareholder value. It is a model where all stakeholders: entrepreneurs; employees; customers; vendors and investors optimize value for their area as well as for all other inter-related stakeholder areas and for the company as a whole. The company also has a commitment to the well-being of the community, the environment and society and contributes 2% or more of its pretax profits to those areas.
Conscious Investors-those who recognize and embrace a new paradigm of cooperation and relatedness in business, and for humanity.
TDC is not advocating a return to an earlier, improved form of capitalism, but is allowing for and creating a new way of doing business to appear, in a new conscious reality.
TAKE ACTION
If your company is a Conscious Capitalism Company and is in need of capital of $1 million and up- for growth, recapitalization or selling the business-CONTACT US. In this difficult economy and market place, the timing is right to introduce consciousness to both sides of the business equation. Our first step is to meet with you to determine your goals, objectives and values. We then determine the type and amount of financing: debt or equity, and then the source: lending institutions, private equity, mezzanine financing or philanthropic. We then match your needs and values with the proper Conscious Investor and handle the transaction through closing. Lastly, and very importantly, we stay on the scene with you after closing as long as needed-at no cost.
LET'S TALK!
Conscious Capitalism Companies Create More Long Term Investor Value
Conscious Capitalism Companies (stakeholder-centered companies) considerably outperformed traditional profit-centered companies as evidenced by a 2007 study* in which the performance of 30 public stakeholder-centered companies was tracked to compare their long term stock performance to the S&P Index : in a 3 year period the S-CC outperformed the Index by 75%, in a 5 year period by 200% and in a 10 year period by 600%.
