                  Wayne LaChapelle
Mr. LaChapelle has over 35 years of experience in senior capacities in the financial industry with commercial banks, public companies and raising capital for private companies.  In banking, Mr. LaChapelle specialized in developing business with growth companies and also in handling large problem loans.  He was  the Treasurer/CFO of a nationwide fitness club operator and also raised capital for growth companies across the US.



                                                           



    Highlights


     Raised $16 million in capital for private companies across the US.


      Co-wrote the loan agreement and participated in the financing of a $250 million real estate

      acquisition loan in Southern California, at the time, the largest real estate loan in the history 

      of the US.


      Arranged financing of $6 million for a Chicago transit management company to operate the

      Houston Park & Ride bus contract.


      Treasurer/CFO of a Houston-based NASDQ company that operated 300 fitness clubs.  Raised

      bank lines from $5 million to $60 million and assisted in the placement of $240 million in 

      debt/equity offerings.


      Arranged financing for a Boston software company to purchase its shares from a former

      parent, Canada's largest telecommunications company.
Special Activities:  Mr. LaChapelle enjoys preparing and eating fine foods, physical fitness, the arts and mentoring children.  He has a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin and is a graduate of the Stonier School of Banking at Rutgers University.  Mr. LaChapelle resides in Austin with his wife Leah, who is a personal evolution coach, an Internet talk show radio host and an author.
